Mobile App Privacy Policy

This application is designed for enterprise alarm and infrastructure monitoring and operates entirely on services controlled by Micro Connect. We do not use third-party analytics, advertising, tracking, or data-sharing services. The only personal information stored is user-provided account details such as usernames and email addresses, which are retained solely for authentication and system operation within our own infrastructure and are not sold or shared with external parties.

The application accesses the device camera only for scanning QR codes during device installation and configuration and does not capture, store, or transmit images or video. Location information is collected only when explicitly entered or confirmed by the user during installation to associate devices with their physical deployment location. The application does not collect background location data, does not track users, and does not access contacts, media, microphones, or other personal device data. All data is used strictly to operate and interface with the Cable Defender System and is protected using appropriate security controls.
